Struggling to find fulfillment in his home country, Milan's intuition led him to the USA, where a profound shift in mindset began in 2014. Formerly burdened by unhealthy habits, Milan underwent a radical transformation—losing 40 pounds, quitting smoking and alcohol, and discovering his authentic purpose.
Now an experienced mindfulness teacher, Milan imparts his wisdom with an awe-inspiring, yet practical approach. His main message revolves around the importance of embracing one's feelings to unlock a path of authenticity. Milan helps individuals overcome inner obstacles, guiding them toward a life of fulfillment.
Educated in engineering management and holding various certifications, including breathwork and meditation, Milan integrates his diverse skills to address challenges spanning physical to spiritual realms. He is a certified life coach and holds a first aid/CPR/AED certificate, further emphasizing his commitment to holistic well-being.
